Vinyasa Yoga at Blue Dragon Dojang with Erika Gottschalk.
Vinyasa Yoga one hour slow flow class appropriate for all levels (beginners welcome). The class will consist of mostly asanas (physical poses), with some pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra (chanting) and meditation on occasion.
Who is Erika?
Erika has been practicing various forms of yoga such as, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and good ole Vinyasa, off and on since 1998. She recently completed her 200 hour teacher training through Opal Yoga, a Charlottesville based studio.

Please bring your own mat, be respectfully clean, and wear clothing that you can stretch and move comfortably in.
Classes are Wednesday 7-8pm monthly fee is $50
